Princess "Sakura" of Clow is a crossover character from her original series Cardcaptor Sakura. Their character traits might be similar, but "Sakura" is not to be confused with Sakura Kinomoto. "Sakura" is not her true name, her true name is Tsubasa, the same as "Syaoran Li"'s. Her false name means "Cherry blossom" while her real name means "wings" in Japanese. For more than half of the series, "Sakura" is not seen nor is she even known to exist. Clone Sakura instead gets a greater role in the series, though after revealing both Sakura's past she becomes more important to the story.

After the Nihon Arc, Fei Wong reveals that he had cloned Sakura as he had with Syaoran. Thanks to Watanuki, Yuko discovers where the Real Sakura is, which is Kingdom of Clow's stagnant time, where Fei Wong Reed has her captive there.
Syaoran had met Sakura in the original timeline (Timeline A), whose parents were Fujitaka and Nadeshiko of Clow. This Sakura was held captive by Fei Wong Reed at a 7-year-old age due to Syaoran's request of taking back her hand.
Due to the distortions caused by Syaoran's wish, another timeline was created (Timeline B). As a result, alternate selves to the ones in timeline A were created, thus creating another Sakura. Also, Fujitaka became an archeologist and was no longer her father, Nadeshiko died, Toya and Yukito were still the same though Yukito became the High Priest instead of Queen Nadeshiko.
This is the Sakura who grew up with Clone Syaoran up to the age of 14. This is when Fei Wong Reed captures and clones her (Ch. 001).
In chapter 181, Sakura's body is with Fei Wong Reed, but it was confirmed that the body was the clone's. Further explaining this, Fei Wong told Kyle when he cloned Real Sakura (B), both the body and soul, it was different from when he cloned Syaoran. So then Real Sakura's body had "destroyed", so only her soul was left and Clone Sakura's body will be used once Sakura gains her wings back. Real Sakura's soul (B) was seen at the end of chapter 178 [in a flashback], it was released into the tube (this tube looks identical to the tube in chapter 001).
What is also confirmed by Yūko is that Fei Wong Reed is in a "cut-off time" Clow Country with Sakura's cloned body and real soul. Yuuko found out his location only recently, in volume five of xxxHolic during the soul stealing incident. By following the souls, which Fei Wong Reed has been stealing; it is possible to discover his location (though, by her discovering his location, Fei Wong also found out Yuuko's location). Syaoran, Fay, and Kurogane have recently set off to Clow Country for the "final battle" and to rescue both Sakuras, the Clone, and the Original.
The group arrive to Clow Country (in the original timeline A), within the stopped time very close to Sakura's seventh birthday. Syaoran then reveals that the original Sakura was by his side all the time up until he was captured. He also reveals that he had known Sakura since "seven days before her birthday, right up to the age you see me now." Syaoran explains further that time was reversed by way of a price to Yūko.
Epilogue[]
"Sakura", "Syaoran", Kurogane, Fai, and Mokona are back at Clow Country. Since the world has been turned back to normal, "Sakura"'s parents, both Fujitaka and Nadeshiko, are brought back to normal. The Royal family of Clow (including Touya and Yukito) are now fully aware of the events that took place.
"Sakura" sets out to find "Syaoran", as Kurogane and Fai explain that "Syaoran" is now left alone in the world, left behind, without his parents. Additionally, they explain that the feathers that the originals absorbed are actually the clones' memories - or souls.
"Syaoran" explains the price he paid was to continue his journey, until he finds a way to bring back his clone, while "Sakura" wishes for the same thing, to see her other self once more. But to continue this journey with "Syaoran" would become painful to him, if "Sakura" meant to come along. So, she chooses to stay behind and wait for him to return. Before leaving, "Syaoran" finally confesses to her, telling her "I love you", to which she replies, "I love you too" for she was going to say she love him before he said he love her.
At this point, Kurogane, Fai, and Mokona arrive at the scene, the three of them planning to join "Syaoran" in this new journey, as Mokona shows them Black Mokona's ring, which had stored Watanuki's and Clone Sakura's memories inside. This way, they will be able to return to Clow and visit Yuko's old shop often.
As they leave, both Sakura and Syaoran reveal that their real names are one and the same: Tsubasa.
Afterward, Sakura stays in Clow, wishing and knowing that they will meet once more.
Post-TsubasaRC Ending[]
Watanuki allowed Syaoran and the group to go back to Clow after discovering a new signature. It is unknown how this meeting happened, but it is the first time Syaoran and Sakura meet after the series ended.
