Tsubasa ~RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE~ currently has two "Character Guides", typical in shônens of many characters, but in this case the guides are totally official and licensed by CLAMP, which also include many extra of the authors.

CHARACTer GuiDE 1

Caractere Guide 1

CHARACTer GuiDE is a guide by CLAMP on the first seven volumes of the manga. Included are guides on the characters, places and events, as well as quizzes and trivia. It RRPs at $12.95 US and $16.95 Canadian and is currently not available in Europe.

It was first issued on 15/04/2005 in Japan, containing material up until Outo Country. Its cost is 700 yen (4-5 €)

This first volume consists of 232 pages filled with:

• colored illustrations, TRC xxxHOLiC and CLAMP official merchandise propaganda, a resume of each world's story, a test to know what character you are and what country you should travel, Miyuki-chan's "Finding Miyuki-chan in each world".
• Character Guide, a guide of the 5 main characters with data and classifications.
• Fye's consultory in the Cat's Eye Cafe, a guide to the different worlds and characters.
• Also, a brief introduction to CLAMP and works, containing an interview with them.
• A Fan's Square section dedicated to fans with fan surveys.
• Material Gallery with character sketches and others.

The second CARACTere GuiDE continues after volume 8, until the end of volume 14, where Lecourt Country ends, it was first issued on 17/10/2006. Its cost is 700 yen (4-5 €)

This second volume consists of 232 pages filled with:

• An illustration gallery, with some colored illustrations.
• Merchandising announcements and official material (such as the Tsubasa Chronicle Movie in DVD)
• Key Digest, a brief description of the story of each world.
• "What character are you" test
• Character Guide, a guide of the 5 main characters with data and classifications.
• A guide to the different worlds and characters.
• A section dedicated to the connections between TRC and xxxHOLiC.
• Sakura's moments selection, Fyes' moments, Kurogane's moments, Sakura and Syaoran's moments.
• Tsubasa Fashion Check
• A Fan's Square section dedicated to fans with fan surveys.
• Material Gallery with character sketches and others.
• Second Season Anime Opening Storyboard.
